HONESTY--Seems like such a simple word but is not for many. I don't quite get it. I've seen people's careers ruined by lack of honesty. Bottom line--honesty is the best policy!
What's hardest is being honest about people you love who maybe don't want to hear what needs to be said. I've also had to have many courageous conversations with teachers that isn't always easy or the most confortable; however, I would always want someone to be completely honest with me, so I am honest with others as well.
