HUMILITY

HUMILITY--Thinking less of myself and more about others.  This word is a challenge for me as a leader.  There are many times when I'm trying to explain something to teachers that I use an example from my past experiences in the classroom or from research I've recently read.  Unsure that's how to live humility.  Rather, I should think about others and who they are and what they can do.  Looks like I have another goal for myself!
