Baking Marathon--Part 1

Today I decided to bake cookies to stock up the freezer for when school starts. I made M&M, peanut butter, waffle iron, and Snicker's bars/cookies. I then made the most awesome, new dessert recipe. You should try it!

CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING WITH CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR CREAM

5 cups diced white bread
1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
3 cups milk
3 Tbsp chocolate liqueur or creme de cacao
3 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp chocolate liqueur or creme de cacao
ground cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine bread and chocolate morsels in a greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Stir together milk and next 6 ingredients; pour milk mixture over bread mixture. Let stand 15 minutes.
2. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until puffy and set.
3. Beat whipping cream until foamy; gradually add 2 Tbsp. chocolate liqueur, beating until soft peaks form. Cut bread pudding into squares, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
