I don't think standing up all day WED and THURS did anything to improve my knee. Friday I tried to just sit at work to make-up for WED and THURS, but it still bothered me. SAT I could hardly walk up/down the stairs, it hurt so bad.
I did get out my huge ice pack that's like a wrap I had from my shoulder surgery. That did help provide relief for a few hours at a time, but when I woke up this AM, still not the "better" I was hoping for.
I do have a DR appt on TU so hopefully I can get an official plan of action to get on the healing road. I soooo miss getting up and running in the morning, and I'm serious, no sarcasm there. I had been experiencing the "runner high" and now I miss it tremendously!
