Dr. Irving maneuvered my good knee, whole time hoping she wasn't going to do that to my bad knee
Dr. Irvin maneuvered my bad knee--she saw a different side of me when I reacted to what she was doing!
Since no swelling, doubt there's a tear.
Severe strain diagnosis
X-rays just to be sure
Oral steroid treatment for 9 days
After healed, no running for another week, then gradually walk and run
If steroids don't help, see an orthopedic DR
Glad nothing serious, but miss my running, miss just being able to walk now!
