HARD WORK

I've put in so much hard work this weekend, that I almost went right to bed rather than try to keep up with my blogging challenge!  WOW!  What a weekend!  According to Maxwell, you either play now and pay later or pay now and play later.  Hmm, I'd like to pay and play!

Saturday I was at a training all day.  For me that was hard to sit in one place for 7 hours, although the training was very good and I did enjoy it.  I enjoyed it so much, that it got my brain going and I created more HARD WORK for myself because I've decided to offer my training as an online class to the ESL teachers at our school. 

When I got home, I could tell the boys had a day filled with HARD WORK.  They had been working at the Falls fields for 3.5 hours and then went out and worked the Sandlot fields.  They were pooped!  This FRI and SAT Kole will have his high school baseball try-outs.  We'll see how much all the hard work he's put in regarding baseball the last 11 years has paid off!  Say a prayer for us!

Today was a day filled with HARD WORK.  At 4:00 I woke up with busy brain about all the things I wanted to get accomplished today.  The first being, sleeping in--didn't happen.  Got up at 7:00, started laundry, made it to the early service, came home and picked up the house (how does it get such a mess when we're never home!), and dived into my school bag for 1.5 hours before lunch.  Ate some leftovers for lunch and then went grocery shopping--along with the entire Cypress area.  OMG--I've never seen it so crowded.  Kev was WORKING HARD at keeping his patience.  I'm pretty sure he was wondering why he offered to come along!  I then worked another 5 hours on school stuff, made a decent dinner, ironed, put laundry away, played a little Words With Friends, talked to my parents about their trip, and am trying desparately to get to bed early! 

HARD WORK is so rewarding!  If I just worked, but not hard at it, I don't think I'd enjoy what I do!
