Dear Kylie,
One thing that I think makes you YOU and very unique to YOU is the importance of your family. Your family has always been very important to you ever since you were tiny. Maybe it's because you only got to see your extended family once or twice a year and you learned early on those times were far and few between.
You have always loved going to Iowa in the summer and the past couple of summers hitting Michigan as well. There are certain landmarks (AKA gas stations) that you look for to stop at on the way. Once there, you thoroughly enjoy spending time with all your relatives. It will be wierd this summer you not going along.
So, I think our Iowa visits will now change. We'll probably be going more often at Christmas. Now, it is no hidden secret that I dislike Iowa winters, but the family memories are worth it. Just hope the red van doesn't find any more snowbanks--rather create different memories!
Proud of you for the importance you place on your family. Don't forget about us while in Aggieland!
